Our standard shelf measures 20"(L) x 12"(W) x 14"(H) and is $25 per month with no commission fee. Please specify the number of shelves you would like. *If you select 4 or 5 shelves you will be assigned an end or middle section to fully showcase your brand.

Our fridge shelf is 17"(L) x 14"(W) x 12"(H) and is $40 per month with no commission fee. Please specify the number of shelves you would like.

Our freezer basket is 20"(L) x 8.5"(W) x 8"(H) and is $50 per month with no commission fee. Please specify the number of baskets you would like.

Our bring your own display options allow you to occupy a certain amount of space with your own shelf or display. These spaces are available in 2', 3', 4', 5' and 6' sizes and are 2' deep and 8' tall. Please specify the size of space you are looking for.

If our standard shelves or bring your own display spaces don't work for you let us know what you're looking for.

Terms Acceptance

Before submitting your application, you must read and agree to the following Required Terms. Select each checkbox to confirm your acceptance.

Minimum Commitment

A minimum three-month commitment is required.

Notice

A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required before leaving. All shelf payments remain due throughout the notice period.

Stock Removal and Outstanding Balances

Products, displays, fixtures or other belongings may not be removed from CraftyAss Markets while an invoice remains overdue without prior written authorization from CraftyAss Markets. If any items are removed while an account is in arrears, the full outstanding balance will become immediately payable and may be referred to a registered collection agency or pursued through legal proceedings. A debt referred to collections may be reported to a credit bureau and may negatively affect the maker’s credit rating. Removing merchandise or displays does not cancel or reduce any outstanding balance, minimum commitment or required notice-period payment.

Payments

Shelf payment is required by the first of each month. Late payment will not be accepted without prior authorization. If an invoice reaches 30 days past due and no communication has been received confirming when payment will be made, all remaining products, displays, fixtures and other belongings left on the premises will become the property of CraftyAss Markets. CraftyAss Markets maintains the right to sell, donate or dispose of these items at its discretion.

Maker Success Recommendations

To help keep your display appealing and support the collective success of our maker community, we encourage makers to:

• Refresh and restock their display at least once per month.

• Like, comment on and share relevant CraftyAss Markets social media posts.

These activities are encouraged but are not mandatory conditions of participation.

Agreement and Acceptance

I confirm that I have read, understand and agree to the Required Terms above. I understand that, if my application is accepted by CraftyAss Markets, these terms form a binding agreement between me and CraftyAss Markets.
